The NACOS Dues Payment System is an automated platform built to simplify and digitize the payment of departmental dues for university students. The system streamlines how students pay dues, get receipts, and how administrators track payments, generate reports, and manage user records. The core objective was to eliminate manual payment methods and ensure transparency, accountability, and ease of access for all stakeholders involved.
Automated Dues Collection: Students can log in and pay their departmental dues online using various secure payment methods, removing the need for in-person cash transactions.
Member Verification: Integrated student verification to ensure only valid NACOS members can access and make payments on the platform.
Admin Dashboard: Admins have access to a powerful backend dashboard to view transactions, manage dues status, and generate real-time reports for accountability and transparency.
Payment Receipts: Instant digital receipts are automatically generated and emailed to students after every successful payment.
Dues History Tracking: Both students and admins can view the full history of payments made, with filters for session, semester, and payment status.
Notification System: Students receive email or SMS alerts for payment confirmations, reminders, and admin announcements.
Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Back-End: Laravel for handling server-side logic and user authentication.
